Authors must prepare their manuscripts in a clear, structured, and professional manner, adhering strictly to the formatting guidelines below. Proper formatting ensures smooth peer review and publication processing.


1. General Formatting

  • File format: MS Word Manuscript Template
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Text alignment: Justified
  • Page numbers: Bottom center or right

 2. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be organized in the following order:

Title Page

  • Full title of the manuscript (concise and informative)
  • Name(s) of author(s)
  • Institutional affiliation(s)
  • Corresponding author’s email and contact details

Abstract

  • 150–250 words
  • Should include objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusion

Keywords

  • 4–6 relevant keywords

Main Text

  • Introduction: Background, rationale, and objectives
  • Materials and Methods: Study design, data collection, and analysis
  • Results and Discussion: Findings with interpretation and comparison
  • Conclusion: Key outcomes and implications

 3. Tables and Figures

  • Must be clearly labeled and numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1)
  • Should be referred to in the text
  • Provide captions/titles for all tables and figures
  • Images should be of high resolution

 4. References

  • References must follow the APA (latest edition) style
  • Ensure all in-text citations are included in the reference list
  • Avoid incomplete or improperly formatted references

 5. Language and Style

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English
  • Avoid plagiarism and ensure proper paraphrasing and citation
  • Use standard scientific terminology relevant to the subject area

 6. Units and Abbreviations

  • Use SI units wherever applicable
  • Define all abbreviations at first use

 7. Acknowledgment (Optional)

  • Mention funding sources, institutional support, or contributions from individuals not listed as authors

 8. Conflict of Interest

  • Authors must clearly state any conflict of interest, if applicable
