1. Corrections (Erratum / Corrigendum)
Corrections may be issued when:
- Minor errors are identified that do not affect the overall results or conclusions
- Typographical mistakes, author details, or formatting issues require amendment
In such cases:
- A formal correction notice will be published
- The original article will remain accessible with appropriate updates
2. Retractions
Retraction of an article may occur in cases of:
- Proven plagiarism
- Data fabrication or falsification
- Serious ethical violations
- Significant errors that invalidate the findings
Retraction process:
- A retraction notice will be published clearly stating the reason
- The original article will remain online but marked as “Retracted”
3. Article Withdrawal (Before Publication)
Authors requesting withdrawal of a manuscript must follow a formal process:
- A Withdrawal Request Form must be duly completed and signed by all authors
- The request must include a valid reason for withdrawal
- The completed form should be submitted via the journal’s official email
The journal reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject withdrawal requests after editorial review
- Take necessary action in cases of unethical or unjustified withdrawal
4. Editorial Actions
- All cases are carefully evaluated by the editorial team
- Authors may be contacted for clarification or supporting information
- Decisions are made based on ethical standards and available evidence
5. Transparency and Record Keeping
- All corrections, retractions, and withdrawals are formally documented
- Readers will be clearly informed of any changes affecting published content

Withdrawal requests submitted without the official withdrawal form or without consent from all authors may not be considered.
