1. Article Processing Charges (APC)
The APC is applicable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
- Indian Authors: INR 4720
- International Authors: USD 120
The APC covers:
- Peer review management
- Editorial processing
- DOI assignment
- Online publication and hosting
- Indexing and archiving support
2. Payment Policy
- Payment must be made after acceptance of the manuscript
- Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author
- Manuscripts will proceed to publication only after confirmation of payment
3. Waiver Policy
Jana Nexus aims to support researchers with limited funding. Partial or full waivers may be granted in the following cases:
- Authors from economically disadvantaged regions
- Students or early-career researchers (with valid justification)
- Special cases approved by the editorial board
Authors requesting a waiver must submit a formal request at the time of submission or after acceptance, stating valid reasons.
4. Discounts and Special Issues
- Discounted APC rates may be offered for:
- Bulk submissions (e.g., conference or institutional collaborations)
- Special issues or thematic publications
- Details will be communicated on a case-by-case basis
5. Refund Policy
- APC once paid is non-refundable
