Water is one of the most critical resources for agricultural production and food security. Increasing population growth, climate change, industrial expansion, and unsustainable water use have intensified water scarcity in many regions of the world. Agriculture accounts for approximately 70% of global freshwater withdrawals, making efficient irrigation management essential for sustainable development.
